We are looking for an Export Coordinator with a customer service mindset and an interest in international business to join our team. MeEat Food Tech is a growing food tech company with innovative plant-based MUU products. We develop and market tasty & award winning plant-based products and are now focusing on growing internationally. Our office is located in Espoo with good access to public transportation.
Are you our new customer service oriented Export Coordinator who wants to see their customers succeed. Our international sales team communicates in English and Finnish so strong English and Finnish skills are a must. Other language skills are a big bonus.
The main duties of this position are
- Communicating with international partners: logistics companies, customers, partner factories, suppliers etc.
- Understanding of the logistics procedure and transport bookings, manage and issue delivery documents
- Sending samples to international partners (ordering samples from factories, organizing shipping, packing the samples and communicating the process with receiving end)
- Creating and updating sales materials & product information
- Occasionally translating sales materials from Finnish to English and vice versa
- Being the right hand of our International Sales Director
- Helping the team with ad hoc matters
We are looking for a can do person who enjoys helping out and treats all tasks no matter how big or small with the same care and precision. We are looking for a team player, we are a small team and every position is valued. We appreciate experience from assisting roles and bachelors degree in relevant fields.
